Weight Loss Courses
Basic Course

This all-encompassing course teaches you how to burn fat, optimise your metabolism and feel great every day, so that you have the knowledge to guide you for life. Unlike other diet-only approaches, my comprehensive program is much more far-reaching and therefore more valuable to help you achieve sustainable results you will enjoy for years. It was developed based on science, academic high-quality knowledge, evidence-based research and years of experience. It consists of 6 consultations taking place 1-1,5 weeks apart and includes: - Full Initial Consultation (up to 90 minutes), 2 extended Follow-Up Consultations (up to 80 minutes each) and 3 standard Follow-Up Consultations (up to 45-60 minutes each). That is a total of 430 minutes instead of only 170-210 minutes in a weight loss course from other UK nutritionists! - Each session has a focus topic on each fundamental component to get you to burn fat, look and feel amazing long-term: diet to burn fat, healthy lifestyle and habits, healthy eating rules, mindful eating, exercise, emotional barriers and mindset. Continuous Support Programme
Receive regular guidance from a nutritionist to ensure your diet is on track.
This is a great way to establish healthy eating habits, understand the fine details of healthy nutrition in practice, prepare for challenging situations (such as trips, events, celebrations, etc.) and hold yourself accountable through regular feedback from a nutritionist. I'll guide you through the way by correcting your nutrition as well as supporting, encouraging and giving you the right tools to achieve your health and weight goals.
You will be filling in a food diary daily and emailing it to me so that I see exactly what your diet and lifestyle are like. We shall then get on a call twice a week for 20-25 minutes via WhatsApp or mobile phone and you'll also get your food & lifestyle diary checkup returned by email.
Continuous Support Programme is a great add-on and available only to clients have who completed either any of my Weight Loss Courses or had an Initial Consultation with me.

Based on your answers and goals we agree on the suitable format of services and I send you payment details.

After the payment has been made, I will advise if any additional tests are required to be run and or any additional information is needed. I will also send you a food & lifestyle diary for 5 days to fill in.

After you've gathered and sent all information and sent it to me, we agree on the day and time of our first consultaion.

I begin work: I analyse your data, health concerns, medical history, symptoms and food diary and prepare the materials for our consultation, which is a nutrition plan, food lists, helpful tables, lifestyle changes and, if needed, simple recipes and food supplements as well as any other helpful recommendations.

The consultation takes place. I email you all the materials in electronic format to look at during our consultation and to study and refer to thereafter.

Before your follow-up, you will again need to fill in a food & lifestyle diary, which you need to return at least 1 business day before it takes place. We assess your progress, I answer all your questions and we agree on the further consultations if needed - either a follow-up session or a diet supervision.

How soon my first consultation can take place?Initial consultation normally takes place 5 business days after I receive all your filled in forms (questionnaire and food diary) and, if it was required, additional test results or your doctor's conclusion on a particular health issue. If, however, you require an urgent consultation, it can be booked in 2 business days after I receive all information from you and all urgent consultations are charged at an extra rate.

What languages do you speak?English and Russian.

Will I need to buy any special food supplements?It depends. I will assess your current diet, lifestyle and test results and I will recommend a healthy nutrition plan that will be supplying all necessary nutrients primarily from the foods you eat. However, in some cases, such as when you cannot get a certain micronutrient from food at all or in sufficient amounts, supplements may be beneficial and even essential and I will recommend good non-prescription supplements that will provide you required support.

Do you offer email or message support between consultations?I do not offer support between consultations via WhatsApp, texts or emails, however, my follow-up consultations as well as the Diet Supervision programme are designed to do precisely just that. Keep a record of your questions, enclose them to your email with the food diary prior to our session, and I'll be sure to answer them.

Will my personal information be kept confidential?I keep all your personal information confidential and I will not disclose it to any third party without your consent. In some situations, it may be necessary to share basic information with your GP, and any other NHS professionals involved in your care or inform them that I am helping you. I will ask your permission before giving information to anyone outside the NHS, such as family members. In certain cases of necessity (for example, if there is an immediate danger to yourself or others), however, I am required by law to disclose information that I hold about you, such as your GP, doctor or hospital.

How quickly will I see results?​It depends on multiple factors (such as age, hormones, health conditions, deficiencies, lifestyle and many others) and varies greatly for each individual. Remember, there are no set timelines as to how quickly a live organism will rebalance, heal itself or will burn fat. After all we are not machines made of metal or plastic - we a live complex creatures. As everyone is different, each human body responds to a new healthy eating and lifestyle plan at its own pace which it deems optimal. Generally, you will notice first improvements in how you feel within few weeks. If you ever hear very precise claims promising 5kg weight loss in 1 week or hair growth of 5cm in 2 weeks, run away! Having said that, keep an eye on your new nutrition plan and adhere to it carefully and honestly assessing your choices and actions. Oftentimes, the results may be delayed due to not following the plan or overlooking some important recommendations. Don’t worry if you get lost, we’re all humans. You can always contact me if you have any questions or need support. And you always have a chance to start over with your next meal!

What clients are outside of your scope?Although in most cases we can successfully collaborate with your medical doctor after you had been examined and prescribed a course of treatment, some clients are outside the scope of my expertise: complications in pregnancy, serious mental ilnesses, immune deficiency disorders, eating disorders such as anorexia or bulimia and other diseases in their acute phase requiring urgent medical treatment. ​Clients under the age of 18 must have parent or guardian consent to having a consultation and I will also need to inform a general practitioner about the nutritional advice I am giving. Clients under 16 must have a parent or guardian present at the consultation.

Will I have to make a lot of changes in my diet?​It mostly depends on your motivation and set goals. As everyone is different, prior to making a nutrition plan I always ask each client about the amount of change she or he is prepared to make. In addition, your pre-consultation questionnaire and food and lifestyle diary will help bring to light which foods, nutritional imbalances and habits are causing or contributing to your health problems and we can agree on a suitable strategy. From my experience, generally, people who have reached a certain point where they are no longer willing to put up with not feeling and looking how they’d like to easily introduce as many changes as possible for more pronounced and greater results.

Are you a medical practitioner?​No, I am not. Therefore, I will never ask you to stop taking medications prescribed by your doctor, nor am I in a position to give a diagnosis or give you another prescription. I provide nutrition and lifestyle advice that helps you cooperate with your medical doctor in a joint pursuit of optimum health.

Is following a nutrition plan difficult?If you are motivated, eager to make a change and want to put an end to the issues caused by unhealthy eating and lifestyle habits, you will truly be enjoying following your new nutrition plan and the transformation that follows. Most people exceed their expectations, and we generally underestimate what we are capable of achieving. To make the transition as smooth as possible, I will give you various useful tools: extensive food lists, list of substitutions, and easy recipes to start with. I will support you when your motivation fades and will help you deal with challenging times. I will also provide you tools on new healthy habits forming techniques which will keep you going even when your motivation is low.

What are the formats or your sessions?Depending on what you want to work on, I offer: - one-on-one sessions in packages of 2 or more sessions - one-on-one courses consisiting of 6 or 8 sessions if we are working on weight loss or weight maintenance - diet supervision in a form of mini sessions twice a week to go through your food diary and discuss challenges and new strategies (available only to clients who have already completed courses or packages) - live virtual group sessions on specific topics (follow me on Facebook for updates on upcoming group sessions or message me via email or Facebook messenger). Can I purchase a single session?​For optimal results, a minimum of 2-3 sessions is required and in the case of weight loss I only offer a course of 6 sessions or 8 sessions which was developed through my client experience. As much as I give my 200% in each session, it is not possible to cover all aspects of nutrition and lifestyle (even if related to your particular problem) in one session. Many strategies have to be broken down into topics. Also, learning how your new nutrition plan works and building new healthy habits requires consistency, time, and accountability and is a continuous process where we troubleshoot and dig into your questions and challenges. For that reason, I only offer single sessions to clients who have already completed either my weight loss courses or a number of sessions. Please message me to discuss your health goals and I shall advise how many sessions would be most suitable in your situation.

Is weight loss possible after multiple pregnancies, the age of 40, menopause or while having a hormonal imbalance or slow thyroid?The short answer is yes, anyone can lose weight. The long answer is: even though with some conditions it can take longer time and more changes to your diet until your body burns the unwanted fat, thankfully with a right nutrition plan tailored to your body type, patience and consistently following my instructions, you can achieve very good results. I had very different clients including those with complicated problems and so far, no one has been left without a losing weight after having completed my course. You’ll be also pleased to know that, in some cases like (but not limited to) insulin resistance, fatty liver, inflammatory conditions, PCOS or other hormonal imbalance, the right nutrition plan can help your body heal and even reverse the condition and then the fat burning process will flow easier and faster.

Are all your sessions virtual?​Yes. At this time, all sessions are virtual and conducted via Zoom or WhatsApp video or phone call. You may find it useful to have your headphones with you and a laptop/tablet to view the materials I will be sending, but this is optional.

Will I need to be buying expensive foods?​Healthy eating on a budget is absolutely achievable and moreover can actually save you money in the long run. You certainly don’t need to splash the cash on pricey hyped-up superfoods like goji berries, acai berries, maca powder or other trendy superfood that are so popular thanks to good marketing strategies. Most of the advertisers’ claims are not substantiated well enough and there are other affordable and available superfoods that will provide impressive health benefits and won’t hit you in the pocket. In some cases, I advise against a trendy product, powders teas, roots, plants and so on, as it may do more harm than good.
